Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

Ambit Global Solution is a US-based healthcare RCM company founded in 2012. We help providers and healthcare organizations with end-to-end revenue cycle management, medical billing and coding, provider credentialing and enrollment, prior authorization, claim appeals, audits, appointment scheduling and patient collections, and specialty billing (including behavioral health).

Our principal place of business is 3133 Little Bear Ln, Buford, GA 30519. You can reach us at info@ambitglobalsolution.com or (706) 534-8944. Business hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST).

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers personal information collected through our public website and marketing communications. It does not replace a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or service agreement that governs Protected Health Information (PHI) when we provide RCM services to a covered entity or business associate.

If you are an Ambit client, PHI and operational data handled under a signed agreement are subject to HIPAA, that agreement, and our security program — not solely this website Privacy Policy.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Contact and inquiry data — When you submit our consultation form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, approximate practice size (number of providers), and your message. We may also receive details you share about specialty, EHR/PM systems, or billing challenges.
  • Communications data — Records of emails, phone calls, SMS (if you opt in), and chatbot conversations you start on our site.
  • Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, collected to operate and improve the site.
  • Cookie and preference data — See Section 6. We store your cookie consent choice (accepted, rejected, or customized analytics/marketing preferences) in local storage on your device.
  • Public / social data — If you interact with us on LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook, we may receive limited profile information according to those platforms’ settings.

We do not ask you to submit PHI through the public website contact form. Please do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or clinical details in public forms or the chatbot.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to consultation requests and schedule discovery calls
  • Provide information about RCM, billing, credentialing, and specialty services
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website, chatbot, and forms
  • Send service-related messages you request (and marketing only where permitted and consistent with your preferences)
  • Analyze aggregate traffic and engagement to improve content and user experience
  • Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights and users

We do not sell your personal information.

5. HIPAA, PHI, and Client Engagements

Ambit supports HIPAA-aligned workflows for client engagements. When we process PHI as a business associate, we do so under a written BAA and applicable service agreements, using administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the services we provide.

Website analytics, marketing cookies, and general inquiries are separate from client PHI environments. Production billing and IT systems used for clients are access-controlled and not mixed with public marketing tools.

  • Encrypted communications and secure infrastructure for service delivery where applicable
  • Role-based access and least-privilege practices for client work
  • Workforce training and policies related to confidentiality and HIPAA expectations
  • Incident response processes consistent with contractual and regulatory obligations

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and, with your consent where required, to understand usage and support marketing.

  • Essential — Required for basic site function, security, and remembering your cookie preference choice.
  • Analytics — Help us understand how visitors use pages (for example, which services or blogs are most useful). You can decline these in our cookie banner.
  • Marketing — May be used to measure campaigns or personalize promotional content. You can decline these in our cookie banner.

You can change or clear preferences by clearing site data for this domain in your browser, or by contacting us. Our cookie banner stores preferences under the key used by the Ambit cookie consent tool.

7. How We Share Information

We may share personal information only as needed to operate our business and as described here:

  • Service providers — Hosting, email, form delivery, analytics (if enabled), and similar vendors who process data on our instructions
  • Professional advisors — Legal, accounting, or compliance advisors under confidentiality obligations when needed
  • Legal and safety — When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate protections

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense of “sale” or “share” under California law, except as disclosed for consented analytics/marketing cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain inquiry and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage a potential or active relationship, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Technical logs are kept for shorter operational periods unless needed for security investigations.

Client PHI and operational records are retained according to the applicable service agreement, BAA, and healthcare record-retention requirements — not this website policy alone.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we continuously improve controls as risks evolve.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you; to opt out of certain processing; and to manage cookie preferences.

  • Email us at info@ambitglobalsolution.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”
  • Use the cookie banner controls for analytics and marketing preferences when available
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages (service messages may still be sent when needed)
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS if you previously consented to text messages

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some rights may be limited by law or by our need to keep records of a transaction or legal claim.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed to healthcare organizations and professionals, not to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
