Either party may terminate the Services agreement in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Services.
The Services are provided "as is," and AGS disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. AGS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to these Terms or the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
AGS reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continuing to use the Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
